Former Utah Congressman Jason Chaffetz has an explanation for why U.S. Attorney John Durham’s investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia affair
“I don’t think it has anything to do with Horowitz delaying it,” said Chaffetz, who is a Fox News contributor, on the network this week. “I think it’s the fact that Durham actually is moving forward on some prosecution.”
This prediction has often been made in right-wing media and it has yet to come true. Andrew McCabe, former deputy director of the FBI, has expressed concern that the investigation is biased.
